As a nonprofit executive, community advocate, media professional, humanitarian, and public speaker, Le'Dor is known for transforming bold ideas into meaningful action through service, collaboration, and leadership. As Founder and Executive Director of The Empowerment Workshop, Le'Dor leads initiatives that promote youth development, civic engagement, education, health awareness, economic opportunity, and community partnerships.

Under her leadership, the organization has supported hundreds of community initiatives throughout Georgia while earning recognition for its impact, including the 2023 Rookie of the Year Award at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Throughout her career, Le'Dor has used every platform available to amplify the voices of others. She has served as Vice President of Broadcast for the Atlanta Association of Black Journalists, hosted the public affairs television program iN Contact, served on the Autism Speaks Planning Committee, and co-founded International Women's Day Atlanta. Her leadership has also helped secure community victories, including the successful effort to establish Juneteenth as an official holiday in Sandy Springs.

Her commitment to service has earned numerous honors, including an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism, a House of Representatives Privileged Resolution, and a City of Atlanta Proclamation recognizing her outstanding contributions to the community. Yet, Le'Dor believes her greatest achievement will always be the lives she has touched and the future leaders she has inspired. Today, through The Empowerment Workshop and The Empowerment Workshop Show, Le'Dor continues to build partnerships, develop leaders, and equip nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and communities with the tools they need to create lasting impact. Teresa S. Edwards is a strategy and transformation leader, executive producer, entrepreneur, and U.S. Air Force veteran with more than 20 years of experience across technology, media, operations, and organizational transformation. Her professional background includes leadership and consulting work with Warner Bros. Discovery, Cisco, and AT&T, where she built a reputation for aligning people, processes, and technology to move complex initiatives from vision to measurable results.

As Co-Founder and Executive Producer of The Empowerment Workshop Show, Teresa leads the platform’s business strategy, production operations, partnerships, sponsorship development, and long-term growth. Working alongside Co-Founder and Host Le’Dor Milteer, she helps transform meaningful conversations into compelling content and sustainable opportunities for community impact. Her strategic leadership provides the structure behind the vision, ensuring that each initiative is positioned for professional execution, audience growth, and lasting influence.

Teresa is the Principal of TechVibe Solutions, a business advisory firm focused on strategy, organizational alignment, operational improvement, and responsible AI adoption. She is also Co-Owner of Dome Studios, the Atlanta-area production home of The Empowerment Workshop Show, and Co-Founder of Terror Dome Entertainment, a music and multimedia production company. Through these ventures, she helps organizations, entrepreneurs, and creators build the infrastructure, technology, and production capabilities needed to bring bold ideas to life.

Teresa holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and is a certified Project Management Professional. She is also the Founder of From School To Possibilities, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding educational and career opportunities for minority students. Her work across business, media, and community development is united by the philosophy that has guided her leadership throughout her career:

KYON "DJ Talented" EDWARDS

Kyon “DJ Talented” Edwards is a seasoned music producer, audio engineer and multidisciplinary entertainment professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning music, film, live events and digital media. As Co-Founder of Terror Dome Entertainment and Dome Studios, he has built a reputation for combining creative instinct with technical precision to produce professional, memorable experiences.

Throughout his career, Kyon has worked with artists and entertainers including Keith Robinson, T.I. and London J. His expertise includes music production, recording, mixing, mastering, DJing, cinematography, videography, editing and live technical production. He has also served as Technical Director for Night of Expressions and the Trinity Awards and has worked as part of the production crew within North Point Community Church.

As Technical Director for The Empowerment Workshop Show, Kyon oversees the technical execution of each production, ensuring every guest’s story is captured with clarity, quality and intention. Whether he is engineering sound, directing a live production or working behind the camera, Kyon brings the skill, experience and creative vision necessary to transform ideas into impactful experiences.
